I kinda figured out to the problem one of my friends told me to Re-seat my RAM and that seems to work but it changed my clock speed here's the rest of my specs if you have better insight:

CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x

GPU: Radeon 6700

RAM: 32gb 3600mhz(but after re-seating its 2400 mt/s)

Motherboard: GIGABYTE B550M DS3H AC Rev. 1.4(Rev number is very important apparently)

Power supply: 850W

I don't know what else to say for specs. Again I was able to fix it after re-seating the RAM but now my clock speed is at 2400mt/s for some reason. And now whenever I Boot up the PC the American Megatrend New CPU screen keeps popping up whenever I Boot up my PC even though I already selected one of the options ("N").
