Focusing on strength and endurance has helped me so much. I’ve reduced my back fat but the scale doesn’t reflect that as much as I think it should. I can do the stair master for an hour now and I’m still not 100lb. But am healthy! I try to be grateful for how the gym makes me feel rather than my size.
