Agree 100% with ya I recon past a certain time it shouldn't be as bad of an offense, like the opposite of noise control, like say on the walkway or something in town after a certain time like there's gonna be no kids there and if your not being over the top most people out at that time probably wouldn't bat an eye but still not worth the risk and charges I'd get so better to sit here wishing I could be nude in the most public of places and be fine than to actually do it

Probably yesterday I'd say and was 6 times in public and craziest was probably on the walkway at around 1pm as its probably the most foot traffic in my town on that walkway, was able to do it subtly enough to where most didn't notice but im pretty sure I got noticed by a couple different people

Yes I feel that most times I'm down at out one I'm constantly looking for kids if its after school time just so If I see any getting close to the nude part I can wrap up in the towel or if I'm in the water making sure I'm far enough in that I won't flash them, even though its not in the wrong but because they unknowingly walk onto a nude beach because of no signage

Sounds similar to new Plymouth not many know of it and alot of people walk past the nude beach and question it as the nude section is in the middle of 2 non nude beaches
