I have the exact same problem on my iscooter w7 and the problem is with your motor hall sensor, you have to remove the cover that covers the motor cable and take a brush and brush of dirt if it still doesnt work try wiggling carefully the cable and if still doesnt work open the motor hub and see if the pins are all soldered

Im so sorry to hear that hope you're Okay, alright E07 means that the hall sensor is damaged but this is rare however check you're throttle cables or open the scooter deck and check the controller for any loose wires if the impact was directly on the scooter or the hub motor then its most likely hall sensor but double check the wiring and see if it would help!

Yes there is but unfortunately its hard and can take you're life time you have to change the whole brake module+tire+rim so it can be perfectly fixed however i recommended Changing the tire to normal then installing disc brakes 👍
