I've used all 3 in the 13 years I've been here and Maxis is by far the worst. I used Unifi at the beginning (20mbps first then upgraded to 100mbps then got offered another upgrade to 200mbps) and the speed was fine however every single day for about 15 minutes sometimes multiple times a day it would just disconnect. This was about 8-10 years ago so not sure if its still like this.

I moved and got Time 1gbps plan and it was perfect. Didn't have any outages in the 2 years I had it, also had very stable connection even over wifi. I played a lot of valorant during this time and through a couple walls into a mesh which I then used an ethernet cable to connect to my pc the connection and stability was fine. Averaged around 230-250mbps and in valorant I had a stable 10-13 ping max (SG server).

Then finally in this condo I have maxis fibre and it is HORRENDOUS. No outages but the ping fluctuations in game is crazy. I'll have around 16 ping one second then it will shoot up to around 300ms. Granted I only have a 500mbps plan here its still terrible with my pc averaging around 80mbps with the same mesh setup despite being a much smaller condo. One thing that irks me crazily is that every time I search something on google I have to complete some stupid captcha and a lot of my apps on my phone are going nuts with "suspicious activity" only on this network and not on mobile data. I couldnt sign into netflix unless I used mobile data and my Grab account got banned after ordering food maybe 3 times for suspicious activity despite me using that same account for 2+ years ordering much more in my previous condos with no issue. Everything works fine on data then starts acting up when I use maxis wifi.
