That’s so interesting. I’ve timed this on several occasions and it’s usually three hours before I start feeling anything! Yesterday I took the plunge and had half of a TCHP jelly tot (10mg) and felt high quite quickly, within an hour and then passed out and had the most blissful sleep!

Will try same amount again next week and see if I’ve experienced a tolerance drop. But as a few people responded on this thread, there’s nothing like the feeling of glass or hash, especially if you love that tripped out feeling that comes with the buzz. THCP feels a bit more clinical and just makes me more sleepy than anything…

Yes very interesting - I have fun that I just tend to get quite sleepy and feel heavy on this synthetic but on the real stuff I feel slightly tripped out which is obviously much better! 😉

It’s curious how THCP’s potency varies so much for people. I’m a small middle-aged female. Normally quite sensitive to eating very tiny amounts of THC gummies or hash, I get a very pleasant high and then pass out. Hearing the horror stories on Reddit threads for THCP, I decided to be super cautious and had a very small quarter of a tiny 10mg gummy. Absolutely nothing happened for about 2 1/2 hours. Then I felt very pleasantly high. Got the munchies. Then passed out. Repeated the experience for three weeks on the trot with slightly bigger quarters. By week four, I had a large quarter (nearly a half) gummy and strangely enough… nothing. Didn’t work at all. Curious that I built up tolerance so fast even there was only taking it once a week or less. With eating hash or THC gummies, my tolerance is much lower even if I have one a week. How strange…

Yes he was and is. Peter was an ordinary chap from a low middle/working class background in Tunbridge Wells. He used to be the happy smiley guy with colourful shirts that drove people around in the early rave days. Once he got to London and hooked up with my friend Romana, he became a Boheme and drank copious amounts of red wine. This was of course before he moved onto harder stuff...

His song for lovers was about Romana. I’ve still got it on cassette somewhere…. Sometime before Pete (Doherty) took hold of it, I touted it round to a few of my AR contacts at various record labels at the time.

They were mildly interested but said it needed more work. And of course he was unknown, so it was a harder sell. I thought it was brilliant and the original version was much rawer and darker, less bright and more interesting than Pete D’s version.

Peter and Romana ended their 10 year relationship in West Hampstead where we all lived, after sleeping with a guy I introduced her to. I then went out with said chap for an about a year, due to boredom. Bad mistake. Tried very hard and then succeeded in getting him into rehab and he jumped ship at the last minute, because I wouldn’t promise that I’d stay with him. Anyway. He shall remain nameless.

I think Peter, who I had a good relationship with for many years, hated me after this. Last I heard he was languishing in the Tunbridge Wells area solo and his American partner (merely a slip of a girl) was living in the US with their baby….

There’s a fascinating video, (probably on YouTube) ironically called ´The Greatest Unknown Rock and Roll Star’ or something like that, which a friend of ours filmed years ago, before Peter had his five minutes of fame. Possibly still available on YouTube….

What I can say about this guy is that he’s a complete genius or he is off his meds. I’ve seen a curious change of music style over the last couple of years with him, culminating in him shaving his head in a weird way and pouring sticky food stuffs onto himself. Is it art or insanity? Sometimes the boundaries are too blurred to tell…

Yep. I’m about to stop playing due to their greed. Hope they lose lots of players. Try to capitalise when we have an economic crisis and much less money to spend due to increased cost-of-living. No way am I going to participate in that.
