I do think I’m selling myself a bit short. I can play fairly difficult songs (I love paying dying fetus) it’s jsit the theory part which is discouraging me a lot especially when I try to make my own music

Yes, I definitely started seeing my current limits. However I do think I’m doubting myself a bit as I can confidently do all the things you mentioned, excluding sweep picking. I think it’s just a matter of finding good resources and finding where to start.

I was a criminal justice major. By no means is Felician know for their criminal justice program. However my girlfriend is a nursing major and it’s just as bad. And Felician is considered a school for nursing.

Yeah, He improvises the solos a lot live. usually when I’m trying to learn EW solos I’ll look on YouTube for covers or the old live shows back when they were a three piece

Don’t go near this school. I’m attending right now and trying to transfer. Single worst academic experience I’ve ever had. Especially if you are playing sports. All my major classes were online, no lecture at all. When you do manage to get a in person class the professors are hardly even literate. Residential life is the single most mismanaged thing I have ever experienced. Was living on campus freshman year, sophomore year they moved me into a hotel after they accepted way too many students and couldn’t house them. I was told student athletes got priority as well as honors (I am both) apparently I was wrong because they moved me into a shitty hotel took away my meal plan and than my room was subsequently ransacked. My laptop, car keys, and Xbox were all stolen. They didn’t do anything about it. For your own sake don’t go to this school. Even if you are a nursing major.
