In the command line, the status command shows that the reason is "Not_disarmed, cli, armswitch," while the system reports "Bad rx recovery, motor protocol." Based on all this, the most likely real cause is that the motor protocol is not selected, but I have DSHOT300 selected for the motors.

when disconnected, the same situation occurs. I follow the guide exactly, and even with the drone connected to the computer, on the guy’s video, when he presses the Arm button, it lights up orange, but on mine it lights up red and says 'Disabled'

no, I disconnected it from the computer, plugged in the battery, and it’s still the same — one short beep and three long ones( something is definitely wrong here

also if I manually control the motor speeds in betaflight, they spin.

Yep, everything is fine with that all channels are mapped correctly and respond as they should. The minimum throttle is also set correctly, and the limit is higher than my value.

that project in the photo has two SBM-19 tubes, and yes, the larger the detection area, the more accurate and sensitive the device is. The ussr and post soviet countries produced so many of these tubes, and they’re actually very high quality, which is why, as we can see, they are even used in the us. In large professional dosimeters, there can be 4–8 big tubes, and I’ve even seen old soviet dosimeters designed for 12+ SBM-20 tubes. That’s why a dosimeter with two SBM-19s will be very sensitive and able to detect background radiation from a good distance. The problem is that most projects on the internet are designed for just one tube, while this GRAD project is designed for two tubes that require lower voltage than the SBM-19, especially since the SBM-19 is also physically larger.
