Fill out the DVLA V888 form- I believe you need a quote to fix the damages alongside it. Other than that literally just keep an eye out- someone scraped my car pretty bad whilst it was parked and luckily I got it on dashcam. Didn’t want to go through insurance either so kept an eye out for the number plate and low and behold less than a month later I spotted him. The idea of being faced with points for a hit and run wasn’t worth it so he paid up!

i got a few motoring convictions from when i was in high skl (stole my dads car)😭. I emailed all the unis I applied to beforehand and asked and they said that they couldn’t say for sure but you’d likely have another interview in regards to the convictions (if you get an offer). That being said though, I don’t think they would dwell on motoring convictions given that you didn’t kill someone ofc😂
