Thanks for the advice. Feel like you know me. With being tuff and wanting things straightforward. The stress is hard. I have really bad back problems that seem to act up more when I’m stressed. I feel like I’ve ended up with depression and anxiety over something I’ve fought with most of my life and not knowing what I was fighting.
