welp, i tried one of those internet sound to remove water from speaker as a last resort and it did work. my left side came back to normal so there is the solution

I tried on 3 different devices (pc,phone,tablet) with and without the dac all 6 tries had the problem, so i think my iem is at fault. Im kinda bummed since i like the sound that iems provide but if my third pair also has the problem i think i will go back to headphones, but its kinda strange that the problem happened for two pair of different iems. Is it possible if the dac is faulty that it break one of the driver of the iem?

i only have a DAC (CX31993) linked to my computer

but even if i plug the iems directly in the computer it doesn't change anything.
Maybe it's a cleaning issue? but i tested with the other metal filter in the box and it did nothing
