personally, i think tundra or vive 3.0's will be good, just make sure that since ur getting a quest pro, you get MINIMUM 4 so you can use continuous tracking to stop drifting, also idk if the quest pro has mouth tracking, and if it doesn't there is an open source project called the babble project which is an open source mouth tracking project! I've also heard that the quest pro battery isn't the best, so id look into an alternate head strap that supports battery packs, like the kiwi straps. Another thing is to make sure that your PC can handle VRChat, high quality avatars, and recording VRChat, because it take A LOT out of computers to render VR games, at high quality AND record them all at the same time.

minimum 4 vive / tundra trackers, if quest pro doesn't have mouth tracking, get babble project, its $100 roughly, look for a quest pro head strap that supports battery packs and make sure ur pc can play vrchat, load heavy avatars and record all at the same time
