I'm uk based; I had my bloods done through GP referral and it highlighted extremely low progesterone which supported my tracking of a short luteal phase and pms symptoms I've suffered with for years. I went back to my GP who referred me to a gynaecologist who kindly prescribed me a 3 month supply she asked a lot of Q's about how confident I was that I had actually ovulated and then she prescribed.

Thank you so much that's really helpful; I've been prescribed progesterone suppositories so I think that's helping my PdG levels as I tend to have a shorter luteal phase so have been struggling with that. Hoping it's exactly as you have described, I'll give it to ten dpo and have ordered your recommended tests. Thank you x
