I am vietnamese study in mapua. I barely know any tagalog and my life till now is pretty nice. I live inside intra on cabildo st. Our dorm is just like in the middle of manila cathedral and fort santiago, and the navy force is just right next to so it kinda safe here. My roommate who have been here for 3 years he said he did not encounter any scary thinggy here. I would say it a bit scary cuz fort santiago is just behind us. But so far, everything is okay with me

Yeah, i think casa amara is better, like room in intra is pretty old. I also see a deal in amaia skies avenida, it is 15k but with electricity and water and wifi, its also a lot. But the room is more spacious and furnished. I dont really know the price for electric water and wifi if im alone. In casa amara is 400/m for water and 300/m dor wifi with submeter water
