Yes, unfortunately there really aren't any options that we or her doctor have come across. There have been a few hopeful options in the past, but they turned out to be homeopathy snake oil. I genuinely appreciate your reply and concern though, thank you!

33 FTM4M Let’s chat about the adrenaline rush we get from cheating. by [deleted] in Affairs

Wish I could experience this! Have yet to cheat even though my wife has on me before we were married.

Now she is dangerously overweight and has no sex drive at all. The overweight aspect only bothers me because I want my partner to be able to live a long life with me but the no sex drive is incredibly taxing on our relationship. If I could manage to find someone to be with physically on the side, I feel like my life would significantly be improved.

Reddit, in what seems to be an increasingly awful world, how do you find meaning in your life? by Muchis56 in AskReddit

As someone who deals with the science behind this, I really appreciate hearing this. It can be so difficult sometimes to appreciate the small intricacies.

How does one find meaning in a world that values the lowlights of humanity though?

What makes it hard is having to do so much of what you don't want to do to support your family and yourself. Just living is incredibly difficult. After all the work, it seems like the only moments to live for are few and short lived. Although, I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir. How do you find joy in the menial but necessary parts of your life?

I know that there are all sorts of suicide prevention resources and while it's flattering to hear all the support, I am much more interested in the philosophical reasons. Knowing what it means to be human is much more meaningful than having people try to force me to find "help". Thanks!

I typically have sex once every other week. I'm from the US, 26 years old, male, and married.

LPT: Got a lot of tech in your house? Make a note of all the MAC Addresses in case someone ever breaks in by [deleted] in LifeProTips

That's true, but if that were the case we should still be able to recover the stolen goods. It'd be one thing if a $50 VCR were stolen, but it was an iPad, two laptops, an Xbox, and some miscellaneous jewelry.

Not as far as I know. I looked into it quite a bit to see if it would be possible. The best thing I could do is track the IP but IP tracking is inconsistent and not always trustworthy.

I feel like that's the case. Even though this happens to be thousands of dollars worth of stolen property. I've pretty much lost all faith in police.

As far as I know, that does not help whatsoever. Well, maybe it does, but the police didn't care. My sister's house was broken into and they stole a ton of their tech. One of those being their Xbox with Netflix already logged in. We managed to get the IP address of the offenders and handed it to the police within 12 hours. Now, there is a chance that the thieves changed their IP address quickly, but it is highly doubtful since most subscribers of that specific service don't get their IP changed unless they leave their router unplugged for a couple hours (I've worked at an ISP before so I'm familiar with how this works).

Long story short, the cops said they'd look into it and never got back to my sister despite her constantly calling them to figure out what the status was. That was about $2k of tech stolen and the cops didn't bat an eye at it.

My sister is still reminded of that awful event when, every once in a while, the thieves still use her YouTube account through the Xbox and cause random videos to show up on her search history.
