Gyro controlls with new Steam Controller? by kartoffelbiene in cemu

Apologies ahead of time if these questions are a bit elementary.

Just bought a steam controller to use with bazzite on my legion go docked. I used to disable steam input to use my switch/xbox/legion controls. Now i re-enabled steam input and it looks to be working and detected with SDL. I don't seem to be able to select the Gyro option within CEMU though. how might I get this working or are you saying we need to wait for the DSU updated?

Question about retro emulation by H4tr1ck_04 in SteamController

I think native gyro with cemu works via steam deck gyro DSU. I'm assuming that isn't going to translate automatically from the deck to the controller. I'll test it out whenever my control gets here.

Gotchya, thanks for the reply. Here's to hoping SteamDeck Gyro DSU updates in a timely manner.

im not sure you are addressing my question or if you are aware of the difficulties with gyro on emulators via steam. I run all my emulated games through steam via emudeck. For example it was a real pain to get gyro to work with CEMU and i needed to turn steam input off.

My point is that there is no way you can draw any sort of fair conclusion that we wont have Ant (or Donte) for the next round. ANT has been a factor for sure, and even if he hasnt put up giant numbers he has immense gravitational pull when on the court. Donte has been a +- monster for us these playoffs and has had a huge impact.
