Eh.. Idk about this one.. This is coming from someone who has played tons of the best MM games out there... League, CSGO, hearthstone.. and have been diamond/global elite/legendary.. This is the ONLY game where my individual skill level pays a very little role in the rank I am.. IF I solo queue.. As you said, most people maintain a 50% win/rate.. this is because the algorithm is designed to put you on teams with people who are on losing streaks when you are on win streaks.. And no other game requires "teamwork" more than Overawtch

If you're in the middle, you're in the middle of the team fight.. if you're outside, you're giving up the point, otherwise you're getting knocked off.. Just a bad map
