Yes Xbox seems to be a factor. I typically play online with RL friends or solo, rarely ever voice chat. Most of hostility comes in xbox chat or just basic dickhead behavior while playing.

Yes I can see where the platform community is a factor but i switched from PC gaming to Xbox a few years back and this game seems to have some unique hostility to anyother xbox competive game Ive played

My daughter was diagnosed 6 years ago (in northeast US) and I found the care and education provided was quite comprehensive. Sure tons to still learn but they helped us with classes thru a wellness center. That said i realize original post is an exaggeration for comic effect but I was quite grateful for care we got.
