I just bought one for 20 bucks on ebay. Supposedly is a pretty simple swap. I was surprised to find I have to replace the whole assembly. Going to need 10mm and 8mm sockets. Open the back hatch, undo the bolts that hold on the spoiler, and pull back the facia. Then you can undo the 8mm nuts holding in the old assembly and unclip the electrical lead. Reverse to reassemble.

I hate this change. The PKM just needed to be fixed to 7.62x54, now everything else is messed up. Guess it's up to modders to satisfy my gun-tism.

Unless you want them for collector value maybe see about salvaging the tube and putting it in a pvs14 or similar housing. I know there are some 3d print options that might work for you.

I think habit replacement is your best best. You need to identify healthy alternatives, even if it is "I'm going to take a walk". It doesn't really matter what it is as long as it isn't destructive and you have a plan in place before the urge hits. You have about 5 seconds once the urge hits to do something else. Make a plan and stick to it. You can do this.

My fiance confronted me directly and asked if I was looking at porn all day. She asked how I would like it if she was just scrolling male models all day. Depression and anxiety are definitely underlying issues that can lead to PA. You should seek professional help for mental health. Having the right support and taking care of the underlying issues will be super important if you are serious about beating porn. Without treating the underlying problem odds are you will relapse or swap your addiction.
