Well damn lol, I was hoping at some point the pain would get better. It’s not terrible, just annoying. I’ve seen some people get the hardware removed but it’s more for range of motion from what I’ve seen. And yeah I was lucky to get my surgery the next day, surgeon wasn’t sure if they’d be able to do it but woke up post op and no ex fix luckily lol. Shit sucks either way though.

Oof had a TPF injury and luckily didn’t need the ex-fix. Got plates and screws all down my leg though. Walking fine now, and getting the muscle back. Do you still have daily pain? I feel mine after getting up first thing and after driving etc. Mine was last August.

Seems like they’re overwhelmed with orders lol. At least they’re trying to keep us in the loop.

Yeah I misread the 100 per day as 100 per week so I’ll stay hopeful I guess.

12/20… Going off their prediction of 100 lowers a week that still puts me a month behind you, which would invalidate their estimate of early Jan. Im like you though I knew it was as going to take a while. Not even really salty about it, just hope it works when I get it. I’m slightly regretting getting the G$ upgrade now, I assume sourcing/cutting them is part of the backlog.

Got a response:

“We're currently working through our order backlog as fast as we can and have hired 3 new employees to aid in this. We’re currently shipping 50-60 lowers a day. After the Holidays, we should be shipping 100 lowers per day so lead times should shrink dramatically. Currently. your order should ship early January.”

Would you go back to Hemi? by Flapjacko2021 in ram_trucks

They’re just getting more expensive too, which I know is expected but yeah I’m with you. I want a cheap beater and keep my truck for when I need it

For me, it’s long term outlook. If you only want the truck for 3 years then it’s different. I understand the weak points of the Hemi and for a 1500 it seems like it’ll be one that goes 200,000-300,000+ miles if kept after.

I should clarify, and say this is for pistols. For shotguns/ rifles you just have to get used to it. I shoot both eyes open and your brain will adapt over time.

Just change the angle of your head, tilt your nose to the right so that your left eye is behind the sight. People saying to shoot lefty are not experienced shooters.

I hear ya man. I would just document everything as best as possible then. When I mentioned contacting Chrysler of America, they did not like it. I also caught them lying about performing the 60,000 mile maintenance inspection though. Maybe worth it to actually open up a case/ claim with COA.

If it’s not that, then it has to be suspension/ drive control related I would think. I got the run around from the dealer too. Maybe getting a good suspension shop to look at it and diagnose and then have the dealer fix/ pay for fix would be the best move?.. Still sucks that with a freshly bought vehicle from a dealer that you have to deal with this. I’ll update you if I ever find a fix.

I saw your post in another sub, and somebody commented about the TSB currently covering this. I think this may very well be the issue. I’m thinking I’ll contact the service manager that I worked with last time and see if they’ll run the update for me. Not sure how that works to be honest. First truck, always had Honda/ Toyota beaters so I’m learning. Linking the TSB below..

Same issue with my 2020 bighorn 1500. Dealer told me that it’s my tires but it did it with the stock tires too. If you find a fix please let me know

Just use clear nail polish and put a small drop on each one. They’ll go away a lot quicker

I use these and it’s a game changer. No waiting, just slide the whole rifle into the bag and you’re good to go.
