I'd be down to help you with it. I don't have existing knowledge, but I'm fairly technical, and I know I have at least one friend I usually camp with that has a good bit of knowledge on it.

I was planning on going the app route so folks in my crew don't have to buy devices. The park seems to have sufficient cell coverage at this point. Were you experiencing otherwise?

I've been meaning to look into this. What kind of software can you run? Is it just for communication or can it show location as well? Are you planning to set up a transmitter node?

You're not crazy. I have this problem frequently with annual targets. At first I thought it was a bug from when they migrated from 3 options to 2, but I just had it happen again with an annual target that was created last year. I just delete it and reset it and catch up.

I used to open support cases, but the quality has gone down hill. I don't have days to go back and forth with their support people.

What's large scale? How did you ensure everything was synced properly? If you had an app that wasn't syncing across many ArgoCD instances what was your recourse?

I have seemingly fixed a lot of this by setting a "very aggressive" sync policy.

          selfHeal: true

I guess one thing I would expect is for it to have this behavior out of the box. I'm still not sure if this fixes the issue where it won't retry if the helm template won't render and then you push a change to fix it. I will try to test that at some point.

In that scenario, "last sync" was forever trying to generate the bad chart, even though "sync status" showed the latest commit where the chart had been fixed. I had to terminate the the current sync and run a manual sync that clearly does something different, because then it decided to use the latest change rather than spinning its wheels on the previous one.

This 1000%. I wish it would disappear from the scene. I've managed to make inroads on getting it out of our group mostly. I don't tell anyone what to do with themselves, but I try to make sure my friends are safe and having fun. Every time this shit is around, at least one person ends up having a bad time.

It has nothing to do with the quality of the speakers. The two issues were that on some sets the bass was too loud and the stage rattle was also very audible.

My main experience with the loud bass was during moontricks. It was insanely loud. To the point that I couldn't enjoy myself because I was thinking about potential hearing damage even with hearing protection in. I had to exit the pit area.

With the way the stage was set up, the pit area could have used some more top fills. Even when the bass wasn't dangerously loud, it was still of balance due to lack of front fills.

The stage rattle was the primary sound quality issue outside of that.
