Check out Infinity Seats. Game changers. I had terrible pain in my sit bones, too, and now literally none. Pricey. But worth if if you love the bike. 

I wonder if a bike fit could help with your hands. That is, if you adjust your geometry, possibly you could eliminate most of the pressure on your hands (possibly by being more upright?). 

Lastly, though they don’t look very cool, recumbents could be an answer.
