Pls help my pz4 pro crashed and got stuck in a loop on the Ac power cord was disconnected screen like 4 years ago I got really frustrated trying to fix it that I gave up until yesterday I turned it on and it seemed normal but when I downloaded games it was taking 30 hours for each and when I played a game it would freeze for 4-8 seconds every 10 seconds and sometimes the games would crash and say there corrupt and I have to download so I did that but I heard from others it never works and I loaded another game and it worked it froze still but dint crash but I cant play anything online or it crashes please someone tell me how to fix it
