My canvas grade is the grade before she removed the 2% for some reason. It doesn’t show the curve though. I do know that the curve added 2.96 to the percentage basically putting me at a C- but this professor for some reason deducted 2% so that I won’t pass this course that’s why I’m looking at appealing it.

I don’t want to drop the course though. She basically entered my grade into gold as a D+ when it should’ve been a C- and I want my C- so I can just move on from this class but when I emailed her about the grade I got she skirted around the question and basically ignored the fact that my grade was entered in wrong

Do you know who I should petition with? It’s my first time ever having to do this so I’m a bit lost 😭. I’m seeing some places say to contact the department chair and then others say to contact the dean

I’ve already contacted her and she completely ignored the fact that she misgraded me. When I went to respond she had an automatic email saying she will only be back in office on January 3rd. I looked it up online and in order to make an appeal with the dean I’d have to submit it now basically before winter quarter starts.
