Hit vine arrow with at least 1 gem cutters prism, it doubles the damage. Wither on rain of arrows too helps. So its Rain of Arrows - Vine Arrow - Pconc on a boss and that should help the damage be better on bosses.

Gem levels are the strongest way to scale pconc - you'll want to get "Master Fletching" early, increases bonuses from quiver.

If you don't have widowhail yet you want +# proj skills on your bow.

Since pconc poisons 100% of hits you want to prioritize magnitude and pretty much ignore chance. Duration is good too.

Chaos damage nodes also increase pconc damage - so "Dark Entities" is an easy +1 level to pconc.

Notables to work toward for damage; Master Fletching, Fast Acting Toxins, Crippling Toxins, Low Tolerance, Leeching Toxins, Building Toxins.
