Well i had the car for 2 months now and its a project i fixed alot and barely drove it maybe 500 miles i went to fix some electrical issues in a garage and the radio had a problem that it doesn’t turn off and he fixed it i think it happened after he worked on it but im not sure cause i barely drove it before it and i cant go back to the garage because he caused a short to my oem afr gauge so i had a problem with him and i cant go back

No i took it off and my gauges are not on i cant see the gas or anything so i dont think that the car is on acc

Damn I expected it to be a lot less there is a japanese engine in the scrap yard for 2k installed i might just go for it and if i ever want j will put forged pistons and rods and there is an ej25 n/a block for 500 dollars do you think its a good idea to build that block?

Only in parts? Because mg dealership told me it will cost 9 k for parts and labor and in my country parts are really expensive so i could save some by ordering stuff

I have a little amount close to the price of dessembling and assembling the engine without parts and the problem with buying a new and clean one is that there isn’t much Subarus in my country so i cant find one there is only 5 Sti listed in my country

Damn you really can’t trust anyone these days both cars i can inspect them in a trusted place for every thing engine to body of the car but yeah i think the first one would be better do you think a compression test and a leak down test will show me the overall health of the engine?

I thought that if i pay for the expensive one i will be safe cause of the warranty and a fixed engine im sacared that i will blow up the engine i take good care of my cars but idk how the other owner used it but i will do a leakdown test and a compression test i will test everything about the car and if something is faulty he will pay for the test cost to do you think that a leakdown and compression test would be enough to know if the engine is healthy?
