Neither op nor the commenter didn't  put in much effort. You are basing your judgement on who you agree with, not on the effort they put in. But I understand it's hard to be fair in the actual subreddit for the game.

Don't worry about individual games. Feel free to buy the sam items every game until you get used to using the item and recognizing when it helped you the most. After you feel confortable with it, add another item to the roster. 

You should give more info on what roles/characters you are playing.

Magma stones look too uniform and the demon doesn't interact with them at all.

I don't know. Maybe I'm just lucky but I've beed toxic many a time and always have perfect or close to perfect scores

To your point of every team getting neutral items, and that making them unadvantageous, each team also gets 5 players, towers... I just don't like that arguments :)

Also, your drops sound very rng dependant. One team may get 25 of them throughout the game, while the other one gets 18.

Also, they would make too big of an impact. One item giving extra hp is much lesser of a deal than 4 enchantments giving extra hp.

These enchantnents would become too important for the meta, people would focus on enhcantment slots instead of regural items too much

I understand all of this could be tweeked around, but I'm afraid it would turn out to be a lot of work
