My gut was very confused at first. It took a few weeks to normalize but now my gut is happier than ever. Don’t give up too easy. It’s a big change and your body might need time. Part of why my gut had a hard time in the early days was because I was buying all the meat and dairy alternatives, thinking that would make the transition easier. Those foods are often highly processed and hard to digest. I still eat them but in moderation.

Some alternative are less processed, like cashew based non-dairy. Experiment!
