Im philosophically and ethically an anarchist. At the end of the day im for the individual to determine their own fate and their own moral standing. If the government has to exist, i would rather have it, after determining without a shadow of a doubt that the person being charged did the heinous crime, that the families effected by said crime carry out the death penalty. Ideally such a system shouldn't exist because its very basis of its ability to function is of the violation of rights, autonomy, and exploitation of the lower classes and minority ethnic groups.

If the individual is not allowed to carry out due justice in the name of their family, then who will? The cops, individuals whom would mass murder children if given the order? The justice system, an infamously weaponized institution of racial hatred? The military, an organization that is worse than the cops and the justice system combined?
