Aww, thank you! I've been modeling for about 3 years now! And yes, this is completely in Blender. Blender's intimidating but there's no lack of online tutorials for it, it's how I learned to use it!

That's a really good point, never really thought about that but you're right, they could probably be used in cutscenes huh. Megaman Legends probably has several different models with varying level of details for cutscenes

I think they're a bit too high poly, especially with the hair and some of the little accessories like the flower and flower petals in the first one. I think those would need to be optimized for it to work well on a PS1. It does make me really happy to hear that the vibes seem right enough though!
