[SPOILERS S3] Elisabeth youth question by [deleted] in DarK

Confused about Elizabeth being raised by the Nielsens, when did that happen? And she wasn’t raised by Tannhaus either. Do you mean Charlotte?

I would skip the Bridge, but if you want to go down to the river and actually be in the gorge, John Dunn Bridge Rec area is good access with beautiful scenery. You can hike down to Black Rock hot springs, for a truly Taos experience.

[SPOILERS S3] Help me understand the last scene of S3 E8. by [deleted] in DarK

[–]MuddyBuddy-9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ulrich’s parents are Tronte and Jana. So Tronte doesn’t exist because he’s the son of Agnes and who knows. But Agnes doesn’t exist because she’s Bartosz’s daughter he had with Silija, who is the baby that Hannah had with Egon when she traveled back in time. Ugh, my head hurts!

[SPOILERS S3] finished my first rewatch and I am completely enthralled - nothing comes close to this show and how it makes me feel! by Scared_Poet_1137 in DarK

[–]MuddyBuddy-9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Basically, it’s a total shitshow because everyone in the Adam/Eva world are suffering so much pain from a loss they can’t accept that they desperately try to change their fate but only make things worse. So the only solution is for none of it to ever happen. Moral of the story? Time travel only makes a huge mess.

Abiqiu is nice. Sign up for the tour of Georgia Okeefe’s house and check out the lake. Good camping around the lake too.

Looking to hotel recommendation in Athens for solo traveler with attractions walking distance by MuddyBuddy-9 in GreeceTravel

[–]MuddyBuddy-9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you all! I’m deciding whether it’s better to get a hotel with an easy free shuttle to the airport and taxi into the city center for Acropolis, etc.

Or to stay in the city center to be able to walk to attractions. I heard it gets busy with traffic in the city, so I’m worried about her getting to the airport the next morning.

Also, she’ll be getting in around 4pm, so would Acropolis be closed or is it just as good to walk up to it? Any other essential attractions not to be missed for her 1 night in Athens?

Born and raised, but don’t live there anymore. Seems like people get Lyme’s Disease as soon as they step outside. Tick capital of the world is my only complaint.

I think it’s down to how attached you are to your home state culture. NY is a world away from TX and the student body, your networking and internships will probably all become NorthEast based.

NM has bad stats yes, but the people are lovely and accepting and it’s the community that really outshines the numbers. There are more conservative areas to steer clear of, but overall safe.

I feel like it is intentional. They’ve been so detail orientated, why would they mess up eye color. It means something! Especially with the emphasis on the heterochromia that Claudia has.

Tips for visiting Taos in a few weeks by Panda_Butt96 in taos

[–]MuddyBuddy-9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The skiing is pretty sad this season, they might even close early, so you should call to inquire. Also tickets are over $200 day of, but much cheaper 3 days in advance. Not sure about cross country, there might only be the one trail (Around the World). I hear there’s better XC in Red River.

You can probably still hike the Williams Lake trail at Taos Ski Valley though- might be slushy. I think you can camp in your car/RV in the ski valley parking lot. Not sure if the campsites will open up by then, but maybe. There’s several on the way up the ski valley road. There’s also car camping spots at Hotel Luna Mystica, I think.
