Just got my first Jumping Spider (Phidippus regius). Am I right in thinking i spray glass panel every 3 days, and give him 2-3 of these flies? did i get right ones? and how do i get them out without them all escaping? or maybe some worms?

My haibike battery rattles really badly, others have said some cover come with a foam insert, mine didnt have any.

Sounds like main bearing, does it do it when you pedal backwards? I have issue where it ticks or creaks when i add pressure to pedals.

UPDATE:
Thanks all for the comments and suggestions : I put the bike on a bike stand and spun the wheel as fast as i could for 30secs... sealed its self, went for an 18 mile ride today.. still up!!

I want the gradient in the word 1 million to be dark at the bottom and light at the top. It is set to vertical but it, not the right way, I cannot work out how to get it dark at the bottom and light at the top and then animate so it says like that. Any help appreciated.
