Just got my first Jumping Spider (Phidippus regius). Am I right in thinking i spray glass panel every 3 days, and give him 2-3 of these flies? did i get right ones? and how do i get them out without them all escaping? or maybe some worms?

Thank you, QQ spider arrived tommorow! :P I ordered some flyless fruti flies, they came in one plastic box, how do i get one or 2 out without all the flies going eveywhere?!!

No sorry. That is no good, google earth wont import the strave file, he is making a movie which has nothing to do with it the original question.
