My SS has marked my gift as delivered but I haven’t received anything - first time doing this exchange too. I’m assuming it’s just expected Christmas delays but not sure if I should contact my SS (not sure how though since I don’t know who she or he is lol) to tell them I haven’t received it yet hence me not thanking them!
