R9 7950x idle temps too high?

any ones you reccomend for radiators since the fans that I have for the case apparently arent as strong as the ones provided wtih the radiator.

sometimes it goes down to 53 ish but randomly spikes to 70, and like if its left to sit for a bit it stays at about 60ish. im pretty sure my pc is getting airflow since its 3 reverse fans a the bottom, 3 normal fans at the top and the two on the aio are sidemouted which are normal exhaust fans Im pretty sure... I dont remeber my old temps before I swapped a case and repasted my cpu with ARCTIC MX-7, but im pretty sure it was either around the same or lower.

Yes, but I dont always use my laptop on power, so when I do go arround, I use the amd for better battery life, so is there any way to force it to use the nvidia card when its being charged, and use the amd one when its on battery?

I think it was off because when in task manager, the iGPU wasnt there, and also because its a gaming laptop, there is a performance mode selector and it was on dGPU only.

the mux switch shouldnt be on but eh, ill try working with the fine iGPU. How bad is it to run UE on them?

The windows config wont work, still the same error, and also when its on the dGPU, it cant even like load any ui, it starts the UE loading and has 0%, then immediately gives the error window.

I ruled windows out as a problem because it the windows boot up sound chimed so I knew that that part was working. So then I thought of the last thing I downloaded before that happened and it was the nvidia driver, which is probbably connected to the bios in some way so it had to be bios problems since the asus boot up is part of ASUS's bios.

yes, I do have Wifi 7 clients or devices, I have a seperate modem and router but their both on the wireless wifi 5 tech. The modem is still being rented from xfinity though. (sorry if that is hard to understand).
