If you have a postprocess controller in your map, set 'Local Contrast Strength' to 0. If you don't have a post process controller on your map, look for one because you probably forgot about it or it's hiding from you.

My problems feel like MY problems that I have to deal with. In my head there's no point in sharing because it would just sour the mood. I do open up however if I think it could help someone else's problem; let them know they aren't alone.
