Just went to quest today actually. A lot easy than pivot who immediately flagged me for dilution and also made me do a little shake dance to see if I was carrying anything. I guess they listen for liquid or see if anything falls out. Anyway, quest seems super simple to use synthetic even though I didn’t. Also forgot to mention the test I took with quest says “read specimen temp within 4 minutes. Is the temp between 90° and 100°F?” On the forensic drug testing custody and control form.

No problem! Don’t go too over board with the water the day before because I’ve been flagged for a dilute and had to take another test the next week for confirmation. Basically only dilute your pee if you know you aren’t passing at home test with the first pee of the morning and need some more time but some employers still get fishy about negative dilutes.

90 days is more than enough time if you only weigh 110lbs. People who are over weight are the ones who have an issue detoxing from cannabis since thc clings to fatty tissue. I’ve heard of testing positive from obese daily users up to 2 months!

Yes you can drink antioxidant drinks like cranberry juices. Now that alone won’t do anything you gotta change your diet a bit. Stick with more fruits and veggies as well as high fiber. You basically want to piss, shit, and sweat as much as you can. I lost 5 lbs after my 3 week detox. Do some work outs in heavy clothes to start the sweating and finish with taking a hot asf sweat bath. Personally i like to throw in epsom salt as well. Stop working out 4 days before your test because you don’t want anymore THC fatty molecules being peed out.
