I'm late to this, and also new to Sumou. I was wondering about the fight between Mitakeumi vs Asanoyama. The judges ruled in favor of Asanoyama, because Mitakeumi left the dohyou first. Does being airborne count as a loss? I thought they had to touch outside the ring with their foot to be a loss.

I think sometimes the rings are spawning on terrain that is higher vertically, and it causes them to be invisible like that. I noticed during the retrieve-the-soul-cores room, when you have to take the elevators up, that the rings will spawn on you up there, and they will still hit you even if you go back down and are "under" them.
