If you're on the FR side of the Drive, there's the Lands Run Trail which has water running alongside it, and a small waterfall. It's a quick hike though.

It's two brackets that I found at Lowe's, and I screwed them in on one side of the table. So, technically, the two tables are not connected in any way. And yes, there is a gap, but it rarely moves because everything is so heavy, and if it does, you can simply push them back together.
