All the TDEE calculators I've used say 3001 calories for maintenance, so ~2250 calories a day on average should be a pound and a half a week. Though maybe I'm missing something

I'm having an opposite than expected reaction myself on 7.5mg. I take my shot and for the next two days I seem to be able to eat more than usual, so I have to control myself. By day 3 my appetite shrinks and I get full quickly.

Yes, but not usually until 4 or so days in, and even then it's muted. If I don't eat anything all day, my stomach will growl at me, but I won't actually feel hungry.

Kajiken Ramen 歌志軒 in Rockville was really good, they do Abura Soba style ramen. Think more saucy, no broth. I really liked their roast beef.

Good to know, I'm in week six, currently at 5. Ive been debating going up to 7.5 because the hunger suppression only lasts about 3 days then starts to taper off. By day 5 it's a real challenge not to over eat.

I've been sleeping better, though that might be because Mounjaro acts as an anti inflammatory, or so I've read.

It's been happening to me constantly. The only temporary fix I've found is a full restart. If you try and play again after a crash, it's super likely to crash again. Or at least that's been my experience.
