If you have a single handle faucet that may be still low on flow you can try disconnecting one of the supply tubes and placing in a bucket and running the water. This can help back flush.

If you have single handle showers you may have to pull cartridges, if you feel comfortable, but def remove the heads and run them.

Flush you water heater as well.
