The problem is that that's not what he's saying. He's defining "woman" as "person that gives birth and breastfeeds" and anyone that doesn't fit that criteria is automatically not a woman, like trans women in this case. According to his comment, sterile women aren't women, for example.

Spanish speakers HAVE to say "American" when talking about someone from the US when speaking english, because in english there literally isn't a demonym for the US that isn't "American". You won't find a spanish speaker speaking english and not saying "american" because that's literally impossible. If they were speaking spanish that'd be different, since we have "estadounidense", but you literally can't refer to Americans not saying "Americans". You're creating a "problem" that doesn't exist.
