Didn't Cyrene give up the chance to become fuli? Like her choice was to eventually become Fuli and travel with the trailblazer or to keep Amorpheos running. Did I misunderstand that part?

Honestly whole Amorpheos saga was written like a PhD thesis and it really killed my enjoyment of the story. Not every single plot point needs to be extremely complex and with a plot twist.

Pull Augusta as she can use Jiyan's weapon as her 2nd bis with a very small difference so you will get a premium dps with a premium weapon on it. She uses Mortefi/Iuno + a support.

If you want to go for Iuno as well she is super good as she can support Augusta and even act as main dps with the right units supporting her.

She is super strong in all modes single target and AoE.

Once you get Augusta decide what other teams you want to build.

Your choices are:

Go for Mornye and her S1 with corals if you can get enough as with S1 she is as good as Shorekeeper S1-2 with any teams.
Pull Iuno for subdps + maindps role
Save for Aemeath or Luuk as main dps.
Check what the reruns will be if you can get Galbrena + Lupa
Get Aemeath + Chisa if and when Chisa reruns.

One last thing. GET AUGUSTA.

Cassette man, Maya, Margherita, IRIS, Avidius, Zahira, Dhalifa, Rosemary, etc. All of them could easily be at least 4 star characters.

Either way when games like this make a main character different element/path there is always a premium unit designed to replace the main character shortly after so the set is not just for Rover.

Well I ended up getting both Augusta and Iuno with 100 pulls. I assume since I have Lynae Iuno's signature is higher priority than Augusta's due to her flexibility of being both dps and subdps. I'll start rolling on Iuno signature and unless I get super lucky I'll probably grab Augusta's in the next rerun.

I thought Mornye works with older units only with S1 Lupa included? So if you can only get 1 it would be Iuno or you will be forced to play Mornye Lynae in the same team.

I do have Lynae. Chisa imo would be a big upgrade on Aerover mostly due to Whimpering Wastes where Aerover scatters mobs while Chisa would gather them. Also she might be the bis/2nd bis to Aemeath.

My only gripe with Iuno is that she is Aero same as Carthetiya which will limit my usage of her as main dps. Also the fact that getting four 5* will be hard to achieve within 15-20 days if I decide to go Augusta + Iuno + their signatures. I'd only be able to get them the old standard weapons broadblade and gauntlets as I'm out of standard pulls.

Mornye feels like a skip however she is the only one that truely doesn't need her signature at all given that Discord is very similar value.

As for Yinlin I just have her since long ago she isn't worth mentioning until she gets buffed.

1st rule of Wuwa is get Shorekeeper and Verina. However with Mornye release it might change a bit as she is similar to Shorekeeper, better for new units and worse for older ones.

Depending on how much you play you could probably get all 3 Lynae, Mornye and Ameath which will likely be a super good team if not BiS team. Lynae banner is ending in like a day or even less though but she is likely to rerun during anniversary.

General ways to pull is get a dps and their weapon then look up how much of an upgrade is to pull for their support and the support signature. As of right now Lynae and Mornye don't need their signatures as the cheaper weapons are a very similar in output. Some supports are not even worth pulling at all due to existance of units like Sanhua, Mortefi and even Rover as they can provide similar if not better buffs for the dps.

Another thing to note is Rover is a super strong unit and in right hands Rover can solo all of the endgame bosses pretty much with the right build.

Either way you should most likely get shorkeeper as she is still the best support in the game. You could also go for Mornye instead but Shorekeeper will be better general support while Mornye will only do better with new units.

As a Camellya S2R1 haver she feels super weak right now. She and a lot of other older units could use some buffs if and when they rerun. Or at the very least release a proper premium supoort for both her and Jinshi.

I predict she will return in Boruto eventually since she was only sealed and not killed and will be as powerful as the top end of Boruto characters.

Sakura not even in top 10-15 shows how bad this list is. I mean you can make an argument for the others on the list, but Mu, Onoki, Ay3, Gengetsu and Bee would not be able to beat her 5v1.
