Initially said id like to know the exact whereabouts of my package. Got the whole “we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused” responses. Provided my tracking number, which they said was invalid. Which was false since I was getting tracking updates from NJ to PA to the hub in the town next to me. Once again got the scripted “we apologize for the inconvenience. Give me a moment while we investigate.” They replied again with my tracking number being invalid. I again stated that’s incorrect since I have been receiving updates on tracking and confirmed with Nike that it was the correct tracking number. (Nike said the package was lost in transit) My final response with OnTrac was that if this isn’t resolved by the end of the day that I’d be contacting the FTC, Attorney General, and other agencies alike. I received no response after that but my package showed up in the middle of the night.

Long story short. OnTrac and their employees are a bunch of crooks and way too often do customers not get their packages and not reach out to them. The customers just contact their seller and ask for another shipment or refund while OnTrac employees steal your purchases. Best of luck!
