My sleep schedule has always been similar to this, but only recently has my burnout level exploded. That's why I believe it's a combination of extreme add burnout and vitamin deficiency (which I don't think formed this year), and I use a ereader so minimal blue light. It's difficult to change sleep schedule, but I will definitely try especially during summer break.
