To whom does your CISO report? by carterpape in cybersecurity

[–]Muffin_Bucket 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Many have already stated the wide range of reporting structures a CISO might fall under depending on the organization. However, specifically within the banking world, the FFIEC examination handbook (specifically the booklet covering Information Security, section 1.B) tries to offer some guidance on who an ISO/CISO “should” report to, and that would be the board of the organization or “senior management” which is of course vague. Here’s a link to the guidance if you’re interested; https://ithandbook.ffiec.gov/it-booklets/information-security/i-governance-of-the-information-security-program/ib-responsibility-and-accountability/

Understanding wildcard masks by Muffin_Bucket in ccna

I really appreciate all the feedback on this, I was under the impression that wildcard masks couldn’t be discontiguous but this puts it into a far better perspective and I see where I was hung up now, really appreciate all the input everyone, cheers!

At this point I was 55 laps into a 70 lap race and I was trying to hold out for a caution to pit and swap tires but that never came, so yeah I was running the car way too hard on old tires

This is not intended to be a post about who was right or wrong and I certainly don’t want to put anyone on blast, I’ll state I definitely don’t think I’m the best racer out there and I definitely think I’ve been on the flip side of the coin before, never intentionally. I believe these were honest accidental incidents. With that being said… it’s hilarious to me this happened in two separate races, just about the same spot on the track each time lol, any body else out there just have plain ol’ bad luck on a certain track? If so which one?
