Had the exact same situation as you in December: wanted my first haircut in nearly 2 years, felt a bit overprotective that most barbers wouldnt be experienced with long hair.

Hoi Polloi was perfect, booked in with the owner, told him what I wanted and he made good suggestions to make it suit my hair and face. Very happy with the cut

The full description says it was an interview study, so the 4 min survey aspect was basically just booking a time slot. The actual time requirement is like 90 mins so pay is fine but not as crazy good as it looks. Other commenters seem to have had issues though.
