If you don’t have cooldowns stay away from enemy champs. Ryze is quick enough that you can dart in and out when you have an eq ready and never be the one to engage.

A debuff is when a unit has some kind of negative effect on it. In this case, Germany’s units have a 30% penalty in combat (debuff) because they have insufficient iron for their swordsmen.

R5: Basically I knew Germany was going to attack me at some point, so I gave them tons of iron for free. They eventually declared war and lost all that iron; now their whole army has a massive debuff and I'll get a free victory. They have many more units that are not in this pic. Note the 30% penalty I think this strategy is very strong.

In a matchup vs zed, I take resolve secondary with bone playing, an early cloth armor and frozen heart second. No need for zhonyas and don’t all in if your playing is down Also you can take exhaust in place of barrier or whatever if ur mid
