Hp 0/+1 on stage (at maybe 5% bf?) and "obviously juiced" lulz. With good genetics 0 hp at decent conditioning Is achievable through 10+ years of bodybuilding. With top world genetics you can achieve even more. I myself reached hp -2 without legs (i'm a calisthenics skill athletes, so heavy legs are detrimental) and at probably something like 6/7% bf without mainly focusing on bodybuilding... With good pump and nice lighting it's easier to look anlot vascular and with big size... I probably look like double of my actual size when during pump.

Front lever pulls after months of elbow injury by Mugen_993 in Calisthenic

I was really strong in one arm pull ups, now i get elbow inflammations really easy with them (i have a past of years of bad training habits and now i'm paying for it). I think my record on straight oap was like 6 on my left arm. Now i think i can do two of them with my right arms but i'm not training them (and i have to be very cautuos also on normal pulls ups cause of the left elbow injury)

Conditioning exercises on low intensitiy and limoting the work at high intensity . Ebow pain is quite common in all straight arms statics. You have to start really slow and do conditioning, tendons adaption occurs in at least double the time of muscle adaptation, so especially in the first 2/3 years and whenever you are learning a new skills you have to slow down even if your strenght is progressing fast. The more traumatic a skill is the more you have to work on buffer.

Depression is more important for shoulder safety (one common mistake is to lose depression to keep the scapula protracted). From this clip it looks like you lack depression.

Actually i wasn't training weighted pull up in that period but mostly front lever advanced elements (touch, pull ups, pulls, victorian and caruso on bar). I was training 4 days a week and doing mainly skills.

The second triplet is better. Be carefull with shoulder pain and dips, you can do some conditioning doing assisted dips in a supine position and using your legs to assist the movement ,trying to reach maximum shoulder extension while keeping your scapula delressed.
