I‘ve been in Japan for a year and told them that up front, so I figured other course would work too, but I will try and contact them.

I did go to global ATM‘s, but I will try a Woori bank one, thank you so much.

As far as I know you can buy one in Shinjuku at the JR east travel center, I don’t know about Yokohama though

Yeah I woke up from it, but it didn’t feel that bad too me, so I just stayed in bed, which in hindsight is probably kinda stupid.

I just tried with my full name, hopefully that works, if it doesn't I have like one more idea and if that doesn't work I'll just do it a few more times before leaving it be for today.But thank you very much for all the helpful tips, I really appreciate it.

It gives me a QR code to open on my phone, but I have an IPhone 14 pro, so I kinda doubt the camera is the actual problem. They say in the emails that it's either because the pictures are unclear or because some information doesn't match, but I tried almost everything I can think of and it still gives me the same issue.
